The total payment and security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards, securely processed through trusted payment systems.
4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any dangerous behavior. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to unauthorized individuals is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Additionally, using the vehicle for purposes it was not intended for, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and driving outside agreed geographical boundaries without proper consent are unacceptable practices.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Strabane is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the rental amount paid in the past year. This limitation does not affect liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
